Privacy Policy

How we handle the (very little) data we collect.

Last updated: July 2026

This is a summary, not legal advice. We may update this policy — the date above reflects the last change.

1. Information we collect

Declutter101 is a content website. You do not need to create an account, give your name, or submit personal information to read any article. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message.

2. Affiliate disclosure

As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. When you click certain product links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Those links are affiliate links, mostly to Amazon. We do not decide the product's price, availability, or shipping.

3. Cookies & analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which articles are useful and how people find them. We do not run cross-site tracking, do not sell your data, and do not share it with advertising networks. If we add a newsletter, we use a third-party provider and only email people who opt in.

4. Third-party links

Our articles link to external sites (Amazon, manufacturers, sources). Those sites have their own privacy policies. Once you leave Declutter101, their rules apply — we can't control or be responsible for them.

5. Children's privacy

Declutter101 is a general-audience site and not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

6. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and, if appropriate, note it on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
